By air
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is about 35 km away, roughly an hour by road outside peak traffic. Taxis and app cabs run through the night.
By road
The venue sits about 3 km from HITEC City and the Cyberabad business district, close to the Outer Ring Road. The campus has around 3,500 parking spaces.
By metro and rail
Hyderabad Metro Blue Line serves Raidurg, the closest station to HITEX. Secunderabad and Hyderabad Deccan are the main railway stations.
Where to stay
Madhapur, HITEC City, Gachibowli and Kondapur put you within fifteen to twenty minutes of the venue in normal traffic. Book early: January is a busy month for conferences in Hyderabad.
Closest to the venue
Hotels in Madhapur and HITEC City are the shortest run to Hall No. 2 and suit exhibitors who need early access during build up.
Mid range
Gachibowli, Kondapur and Kukatpally offer a wide range of business hotels and serviced apartments at lower rates.
Group bookings
Exhibiting teams of five or more should write to us. We can share the hotels other exhibitors are using so your crew stays together.
On arrival
Registration opens at 09:30 on each show day. Bring the QR code from your registration email and photo identity. Entry is free for trade visitors who register in advance.
Travel times are indicative. Confirm the hall number on your badge email before you travel, as the organiser may change the floor plan or hall allocation.
