Visiting
When and where is the expo?
29 to 31 January 2027 at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hall No. 2, Hyderabad. The floor is open 10:00 to 18:00 each day.
Is entry free?
Yes, for trade visitors who register in advance. Bring the QR code from your registration email and photo identity.
Who should attend?
Plant heads, operations and maintenance teams, EHS and compliance, purchase, consultants, EPC contractors, municipal and utility officials, dealers and distributors.
Can I bring colleagues?
Yes. Each person needs their own registration so that the badge and the B2B profile are theirs.
Exhibiting
What does a stand cost?
Shell scheme is priced per sqm from a 9 sqm minimum, bare space from 18 sqm. Write to us for the current rate card and the floor plan.
What is included in shell scheme?
Built stand with fascia name, carpet and a power point. The full inclusion list is in the exhibitor manual sent after booking.
Can I brand outside my stand?
Yes. Entry, registration, aisles, pillars, hanging banners, the LED wall and outdoor formats are all available. See sponsorship and branding.
When can we build?
Build up and dismantle timings are in the exhibitor manual. Work at height on the HITEX campus uses approved boom or scissor lifts, not ladders.
B2B meetings
How do the meetings work?
Create a profile on the B2B Meeting Arena, see matched participants, and request a meeting in a free slot. Meetings are 12 minutes with 3 minutes to move.
Where do meetings happen?
Exhibitors host at their own stall. Visitors and speakers meet at the Arena, where a table is assigned automatically.
Does it cost anything?
No. The platform is free for registered exhibitors, visitors and speakers.
Is attendance guaranteed?
No. Meetings are arranged between individual participants. We provide the platform, the table and the slot, and cannot guarantee that the other person attends.
Conference
Is the conference included with entry?
No. The conference runs on delegate passes. Exhibition entry and the conference are booked separately.
Can I speak?
Send a short proposal through the contact page. Speaking slots are confirmed against the final programme.
