These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, eawaterexpo.com, published by Earth Water Foundation, organiser of the EverythingAboutWater Expo 2027 Hyderabad, an initiative of EverythingAboutWater (www.eawater.com) ("we", "us", "our", "the Organiser"). By using this website, submitting a form, or registering as a visitor or exhibitor through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the event

EverythingAboutWater Expo 2027 Hyderabad is scheduled for 29–31 January 2027 at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, moving to Hyderabad after 21 successful editions of the Water Expo organised since 2004. Event dates, timings, venue, layout, exhibitor list and programme are subject to change; where practical, we will notify registered visitors and exhibitors of any material change, but the current website content should always be treated as the primary reference.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes connected with the event, such as learning about the expo, registering as a visitor, enquiring about exhibiting or sponsoring, or downloading published materials (such as the brochure, floor plan or post show report). You must not:

• Use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its admin systems or any related account;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this website; or
• Use any content from this website for unauthorised commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual property

The EverythingAboutWater and EverythingAboutWater Expo names and logos, and the text, graphics, layout and other content on this website, are the property of Earth Water Foundation / EverythingAboutWater or its licensors, unless otherwise credited, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials clearly published for that purpose (such as the brochure or post show report) for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use, reproduction or redistribution is permitted without our prior written consent.

4. Visitor registration

Visitor registration through this website is free unless stated otherwise and is subject to the information you provide being accurate. We reserve the right to verify registration details, and to refuse or revoke entry where information provided is false, incomplete, or where entry would pose a safety, security or commercial conflict-of-interest concern, at our reasonable discretion.

5. Exhibitor and sponsorship enquiries

Submitting an exhibitor, sponsorship or "Book Space" enquiry through this website expresses interest only and does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking. Exhibition space, sponsorship packages, pricing, payment schedules and cancellation terms are governed by a separate signed exhibitor/sponsorship agreement and invoice issued by our team, which will take precedence over any general description on this website in case of conflict.

6. Downloads and published materials

Documents made available through the Media & Downloads section, such as the brochure, floor plan and post show report, are provided for general information about the event. While we take care to keep them accurate and up to date, figures relating to a past edition (such as visitor numbers or exhibitor counts) reflect that edition and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for the Hyderabad 2027 edition.

7. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party destinations, including our parent website www.eawater.com, our social media pages, and WhatsApp. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
