How it works

Four steps, about two minutes of work.

1. Create your profile

Your segment, what you offer and what you are looking for. The same seven sectors the expo is built on.

2. See your matches

Every participant is scored against your needs, with the reason shown. Buyers see suppliers, suppliers see buyers.

3. Request a meeting

Pick a slot where you are both free. A table is assigned automatically and the other side accepts or declines.

4. Meet

Exhibitors host at their stall, everyone else at an Arena table. Your schedule and table numbers live in the portal.

Your email and phone number are never shown to other participants. Free for registered exhibitors, visitors and speakers.

Please note. Meetings are arranged between individual participants. EAW provides the platform, the table and the time slot, and cannot guarantee that the other person attends. Exhibitors host meetings at their own stall. Visitors and speakers meet at the Arena. The organiser may move or cancel a meeting when the floor plan or programme changes.
