What happens next
- We check category eligibility and current availability
- You receive a proforma invoice, normally the same working day
- Space is held on receipt of the agreed advance
- Written confirmation of allocation completes the booking
Our rate policy
Published rates apply to every exhibitor. The only reductions available are the ones shown on this page, on the conditions stated, and the combined benefit cannot exceed 10 percent. Nobody at EAW is authorised to offer anything beyond that. If the budget is tight, we will help you take a smaller or differently configured stand rather than discount the floor.
